I proceed to the front desk to let Stephanie know our concerns, she tells me she will send someone to clean the floor, but didnt address the cleanliness of the room. Once we get to the room, the room didnt look clean paper was inside the bathroom on the floor, black stains on the carpet near the front door. I was told mer name is Stephanie, I'm not sure I couldn't see her name on badge. She gave me one key, I asked her we need 2 keys She tells me oh you need two. She then tells me they are short staffed and the workers have 21 rooms to clean. I asked her if we could get a second floor roo., she tells me the only rooms available are the first floor, we checked in at 3pm. Upon checking in the front desk lady didnt greet us, she didnt look up at us. This was not our first time visiting the location. We stayed at the Boardwalk Marriot over the weekend.
